What is the refrigerant form in the freezer

In order to complete the refrigeration, the refrigerant needs to go through several processes in the freezer, such as condensation, throttling, and so on. These processes are all important and are done in different places. Let's take a look at the knowledge and experience of freezer prices. The first is the condensation of refrigerant: the condensation of refrigerant is done in the condenser.


(1) State of refrigerant. In the whole condensation process, the refrigerant state is from a gaseous, gas-liquid coexistence and a liquid.


(2) Temperature of refrigerant. If the ambient temperature of the refrigerator compressor is 25℃, the temperature of the beginning part of the refrigerant in the condenser is close to 90℃, and the temperature of the last part is about 55℃. At the same time, the temperature difference at the inlet and outlet of the condenser is affected by other factors.


(3) The pressure of refrigerant. Because the tube section of the refrigerator condenser is large enough for the flow of refrigerant through, the resistance is small, so the pressure in this process is basically the same as that at the discharge pipe of the compressor.


The second is the refrigerant throttling: refrigerant throttling is completed in the filter, capillary and through the capillary return pipe.


(1) State of refrigerant. The refrigerant remains in liquid state throughout the throttling process.


(2) Temperature of refrigerant. Almost all the length of the capillary is threaded through the return pipe (or welded to the return pipe). The temperature of R12 in the return pipe is lower than that of the refrigerant R12 in the capillary, and the two flow in opposite direction. Therefore, the refrigerant in the capillary of the freezer continues to emit heat while flowing to the evaporator, and radiates heat to the R12 in the return pipe. The purpose of this special measure is to take advantage of the low temperature of R12 in the circulating return pipe to allow better liquefaction of R12 in the capillary and safer gasification of R12 in the return pipe to improve its cooling capacity. Figure 2.49 refers to temperatures of -25 ° C and +25 ° C, which are actually two far apart temperatures. Because the length of the return pipe itself is about Im, the upper end of the R12 steam just flows out of the evaporator, and the steam temperature is very low. At its lower end, as the R12 vapor flows through the return airway, some of the heat is transferred by the capillary and some of the heat is gained from the external environment.


(3) The pressure of refrigerant. The inner diameter of the freezer capillary is small and long, so that the refrigerant R12 flowing through the capillary will form a corresponding pressure drop in the capillary. To maintain a certain pressure difference between the evaporator and the condenser.
